DEEP, chilled and minimal sounds dominate Episode 40’s cosmopolitan set.

And starting us off on our global house journey are two DJs/producers from Barcelona, Spain; DJ Elias and Evanz D with their blissed out “El sol.” Next we move into a slightly funkier American house mood by welcoming Los Angeles’ George Vibe and Jerry Martinez, known as The Funky House Tribe, with their “Release yourself”.

Then it’s to Eastern Europe and the deliciously deep “Sunrise 5am” by Romanian DJ and producer Mircea Madalin, better known as Allexinno. We stop off in South Africa for Kent and Tumi’s “Hiya kaya” by Kentphonik before arriving down under for my favourite track of the set: “Deep down”. This is a deep and minimal track from Filippo Paviglianiti. Filippo, who records under the name J Nitti, is a native of Italy now living and working in Melbourne Australia. Enjoy.
